Shift Details
Initial training on day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Transition to afternoon shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
Set up machines for production runs
Adjust and control machine settings as required
Monitor operations to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot faults and carry out basic maintenance
Inspect products to meet quality standards
Record production output and maintenance activities
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
About You
Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving materials
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Must be able to pass drug and alcohol testing
